Yellow6 wanted to reposition their offering and elevate perception of their function as a business. Conscious of the dismissive view of interior designers as ‘cushion throwers’ – Yellow6 wanted to show how much more they bring to the table. With expertise in architecture, and a conceptual approach aimed at truly exploring how spaces work.
Architects of the Interior
Building from the brand idea of ‘architects of the interior’, we heroed the specialised nature of their expertise, and extended this into a simple, bold and graphic visual identity that played on the idea of ‘the space between’. We shortened name to Y–6 and leveraged the idea of bringing space to life through conceptual thought, with the variable horizontal dash.
Premium by Design
Y–6 have embraced their confident brand across all platforms, and continue to build on their successes with large scale premium interiors work including significant refurbishments on commercial projects across the country.
